Many or most people have a best friend. (Oops . . . if you leave out the r you have a best fiend!) A best friend is someone in whom you confide. This is good to have, but many people who have to make a difficult decision also ask their best friend what they think about it. Some go as far as to leave the decision making to their best friend, basically because of their own insecurity. Your best friend is not your best friend if they make your decision.
A best friend is a person who says, “You make the decision, and I will support you however it works out.” And remember, you are also your best friends best friend, so the same applies to you! Never give your power away to anyone. With all the best will in the world, it honours nobody if we actually erode our best friends power by taking from them rather than giving too them.
I recommend telling your indecisive best friend to always . . . choose Love!
